Natalie White is a 16-year Navy Veteran with over 15 years of Project Management Experience coupled with a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. She started off her military career as an E1 in Yokosuka Japan, and deployed numerous times to the middle east onboard USS Abraham Lincoln. After completing her B.S. in Criminology while on active duty, she was selected for Officer Candidate School and started a new path as Naval Officer. She left the Navy as an O3/Lieutenant and began her Project Management career working as a government contractor for the Space and Naval Warfare Center in San Diego, CA. After 2 decades in San Diego, she returned home to Illinois and continued as a Project Manager in Foreign Military Sales and the railroad repair equipment industry. In 2019 she and her husband Blane, also a Navy Veteran, started Steam Hollow Brewing Company in Manteno, Illinois.
Natalie has volunteered for many years with numerous dog rescues and veteran organizations. Natalie has been on the Heroes, Hogs, and Hot Rods Committee since its inception in 2019 and has been part of many PHAT events. She also coordinates several of her own events at the brewery to fundraise for PHAT and area veteran organizations.
Natalie and Blane reside in Manteno, Illinois with their twins and 3 rescue dogs.
