Set Up: 6:30 AM

10x15 sq ft space provided
Bring your own canopy & grill

Each team gets ~175 wings & 4 slabs of ribs

Awards for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in:
People’s Choice Wing – Judging at 1 PM
Ribs – Judging at 3 PM
Chef’s Choice – Submit any time before 3 PM
